Bestseller Box - Corporate gifts

Yes! You can select your preferred delivery week during the ordering process when creating your box. Your order will then be scheduled for your delivery week and produced fresh. This means that your goods have a shelf life of 6 months from delivery.

The minimum order quantity is 60 boxes, as we have to produce your personalized boxes especially for you.

Up to €1,000 you can pay directly online by credit card or Paypal . From €1,000 you can also pay by deposit. What does this mean? We will send you a down payment invoice for 50% of the total value of your order by email once we have received your order. You can pay this directly online using various payment methods, such as SEPA, instant bank transfer, credit card and many more. The invoice for the final payment of the remaining 50% will be enclosed with the delivery and must therefore only be paid after receipt of the goods.

The graduated prices of the 12-piece bestseller boxes are as follows and are calculated automatically:

From 100 pieces = 5% discount
From 150 pieces = 7.5% discount
From 200 pieces = 10% discount
From 250 pieces = 15% discount
From 500 pieces = 20% discount

Gifts to employees, customers and business partners are tax-deductible as business expenses if the costs do not exceed the exemption limit of EUR 35 (net amount for input tax-deductible companies) per person and year. In addition, the payment receipts must be kept and marked with the name of the recipient and the occasion. Please speak to your tax advisor for more detailed information.

If you would like to add a cover letter, you are welcome to do so. You can add the cover letter yourself for items sent to you, as the box can be opened and closed again. If the boxes are to be sent to the recipients by us, please send us the cover letter and we will enclose it free of charge.

In our online configurator, you can also easily add a personal greeting to the box using the inside print.

Other items are not suitable for enclosing, as the Bestseller Box is specially designed for the 12 bags and there is therefore no more space available.

Yes, we can do that. You can specify individual shipping in the design and ordering process for your Bestseller Box. A service employee will then contact you after your order to clarify the details. We will then send you an Excel template that you can fill in with the address details. We will then take care of the smooth dispatch to the individual addresses. We can also include your sender's address so that it looks as if the boxes have been sent directly from you.

Yes, absolutely. In the online configurator you can easily upload your company logo and see how it will look on your design.

For best results, upload your logo in good quality with a transparent background. Note that with black printing, your logo will only be printed in black. With color printing, your logo will also be printed in color.

We are also happy to help you with the configuration, send us an inquiry and we will answer you as soon as possible.

Don't worry, the online configurator shows you your bestseller box design in real time and you can see how your box will look. We will also check your order after we receive it and send you another 3D correction by e-mail for confirmation before we send the boxes to print.

Yes, that's no problem. Simply send us a request to hallo@jacobsshop.de with your idea or design and we will create a 3D sample including your company logo, slogan or personal greeting.

The Bestseller Box has external dimensions of 35 cm x 25 cm x 5 cm (maxi letter) and weighs around 1.3 kg when filled.
